What do you not clean?

 For the safety of our staff and regulatory compliance, we generally do not clean: Hazardous areas (such as biohazards), Exterior surfaces (unless pressure washing is booked), Moving heavy furniture (beyond 20-30 lbs), Cleaning at height (beyond a two-step stool), or The interiors of fireplaces.

What if something is missed?

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with part of our service, we guarantee your satisfaction. Contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we will return at no extra charge to re-clean the area that was missed.

How do I pay?

Due to traffic factors and the time spent at each home, we provide an “arrival window” (e.g., between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.) instead of an exact time. This allows us to ensure quality work for all clients.

Your team will arrive within the arrival window we provide. We often send a notification or message when they are approaching your home to confirm the exact time.

What should I do before Crazy About Cleaning arrives?
